This episode is a response to an answer you will hear at the beginning of the recording. I believe it will help others who may have the same question after listening to previous podcast lessons. In this, I attempted to clarify my points and my heart in addressing these matters. Please forgive the loud thuds that take place during the session. In this second installment of our In Light of the Transition series, I will begin to examine Paul's statements in 2 Corinthians 3. My first intention was to deal primarily with the phrase, 'from Glory to Glory' and see it in context instead of a common mistreatment. However, I began to discover a wonderful declaration of salvation that had eluded me in the way I have also understood the verses surrounding that particular phrase. This will continue in Part 2 next week. Enjoy!

While so many are bound to a man-devised, earthly-defined, labor-based religion, God has, in Christ, provided a heavenly rest that possesses One divine metric - Christ. The most wonderful news that can be declared to a soul once dead in sin and separated from God is - 'For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God' We examine this phrase and at the end of this we share one of the most profound sentences ever penned by the Apostle Paul. Is the experiencing of Salvation an objective or subjective matter? Most measure the answer to this question by assessing their behaviour or seeming personal improvements. However, is this the true metric by which God determines the degree of its efficacy in the soul. Salvation is a work wrought of God and it remains determined by and evidenced in that which God has done. The soul's comprehension and the external changes that will come are not the means of experiencing salvation, the soul that has been brought from death to life has experienced a full salvation, whether it fully comprehends that transaction or not. Yet the Spirit of Truth carries us on it this tremendous realm of spiritual perfection that we may know that which is real and secure from the start. May we set our hearts to know this great salvation.
