The Satisfied God Podcast

Hi guys. This is another extra episode that touches on many of our previous statements. However, a fresh emphasis and burden has happened in me to focus on answering how such a comprehensive and overarching statement such as THERE IS NO CONDEMNATION (as well as others) can be penned by the Apostle Paul and yet be debated and denied by most of our religious creeds and doctrines. I want us to understand how the words, although they are undeniably wonderful, are met and answered by an exceedingly wonderful Salvation in the Beloved Son. Enjoy.

This episode contains much of things previously presented, but around minute 35 the Lord made an emphasis in my own heart concerning the profundity and sufficiency of His gaze being eternally fixed upon One Perfect and Beloved Man. He made sure to me that this is our only ground of boasting and all attempts to violate the settledness of His perspective are perverse and baseless. Please see this as a call to us for deep reflection upon just WHAT IT MEANS TO BE KNOWN OF GOD AND HOW DEEP THAT GOES. Consider what is said carefully.

In this episode, I jump ahead in Romans 8 to see how Paul further validates and substantiates his declaration that there is No Condemnation for those in Christ Jesus. He does so by presenting the basis of such a condition as the Person and Work of Christ Himself.  I also warn against the tendency to ‘personalize” our salvation, a tendency, which has produced and nourished every fallacious religious concept that has ever existed. This is a “super-duper sized” episode. I could have divided it but I felt it would do a disservice to the flow of the session, so pause and stop as much as needed to get to the end of the lesson.

In this episode, we look once again at the soul's passive participation in God's work. We see that the soul had to be and has been acted upon by the power and ability of another in order for that soul to possess anything whatsoever of divine substance. The soul can desire but God must act upon the soul in order for it to partake of anything as to result. What God did is what the soul is brought into by the presence of His Beloved Son. This absolute reality is what God reveals in the soul that looks and sets its affection towards Him. Enjoy.

In this episode, we look at the Law of the Life of the Spirit, by which we are made free from the inward Law of Sin and Death. The knowledge of sin that came by the law brought Paul to this great cry for an inward deliverance. He found hollowness and insufficiency in the works of law but cries out for the great salvation that no work can bring about - The LIFE of which the Law testifies. This is the Great Deliverance we have in Christ. While many will question if this is the case as they assess their behavior or their circumstances, their deliverance is an undeniable reality that is wrought by the presence of Christ. The issue is not the sufficiency of grace (our deliverance) but ignorance regarding the sufficiency of the deliverance wrought. This is why Christ our Life must appear; to show/manifestly make known that this One Perfect Life who abides is the Victory over all. Enjoy.
